Typical arrogant, elitist, condescending, whollier-then-thou Democrat who thinks he's above the rules because he's a member of Congress. Problem is, the people of New York are too stupid to see that! I can't wait till the thinking portion of the country make he and others, like Pelosi, irrelevant next November!
