Caterpillar Inc. of Illinois on Tuesday announced nearly 2,400 layoffs despite President Obama using his home state's company as an example of a struggling manufacturer that would benefit from his economic stimulus plan and save jobs...
Hmmm, I thought that the "stimulus" was going to allow Cat to hire more people, not lay more off. That's what the Pres. told us! Lest we forget though, Cat's CEO said this wasn't the case. The Pres. and the Dems in Congress sold everyone a bill of goods that they can't fullfill and is going to have our great-grandchildren in debt!
